B&W 606 S3 speakers

A pair of Bowers & Wilkins 606 S3 bookshelf speakers from a child-free, pet-free, smoke-free home. These speakers are in perfect condition and, if cared for, should give a lifetime of brilliant listening.

The 606 S3 stand-mount speaker is a gracious combination of size and performance.
This iteration of the 606 combines a Titanium Dome tweeter with a Continuum bass/midrange cone and (now) includes the same speaker terminals as B&W's 700 series.

B&W sez:
"Thanks to its composite construction, the Continuum cone avoids the abrupt transitions in behaviour that can impair the performance of a conventional drive unit. With the 606 S3, (you'll) experience a more open, neutral performance that delivers voices and instruments with precision and transparency."
I can't argue with that. These speakers have been solid performers in my system for over two years. I like them. But the upgrade itch must be scratched and so, I offer these for sale.
