Akai GX-75 High End Audiophile 3-Head Tape Deck Reference Master

Amazing piece of analog audio equipment.
This is regarded as one of the best tape decks that Akai has ever produced.
It was fully calibrated serviced so it sounds perfect.
The Akai GX-75 (released under the "Reference Master" line) is a highly regarded, audiophile-grade 3-head cassette deck produced by Akai in the late 1980s. Known for its excellent engineering, robust transport mechanism, and legendary wear-resistant heads, it remains a heavily sought-after deck for vintage audio enthusiasts
Cosmetically is excellent with just some very minor signs of time.
Very heavy unit you can feel the quality of this beast!
From my tests it sounds better than cds and closer to vinyl.
Selling as I have to reduce gear as probably moving away.
Sad to let it go but heavy unit cannot go with me.
