The AIWA HS-G21 was released in 1992. While it’s not a particularly rare model, it’s extremely hard to find one from that market still in such excellent condition. Buying from me gives you one of the few chances to own a unit that’s both well-preserved and fully functional.

1. The tape head is in excellent condition.
2. Faulty capacitors have been replaced — you can see the original and replacement values in the photos.
3. Motor has been cleaned.
4. Metal flywheel ensures stable tape speed.
5. Stepless equalizer — you’ll definitely find a sound profile you love.

You never need to doubt the sound quality of AIWA — the challenge is finding one in great condition. From me, you can.
