Helmet MLE 56 Gendarmerie
This vintage collectible appears to be a French Gendarmerie helmet, specifically a Model 1951 or similar variant used by French police or military forces.
It features a dark blue shell and a silver-colored emblem on the front depicting a flaming grenade with the letters "RF"
(République Française).
These helmets were manufactured from steel and often utilized by the
Gendarmerie Nationale in the post-WWIl era.
