Colchester Bantam 2000 Lathe, Desirable gated gearbox version. Fitted with an inverter. So plug into 240v single phase socket and off you go. 2.2kw (3hp) motor fitted. Power carraige and power crossfeed.
Jog forward and reverse. Spindle speed readout. Variable speed knob. Internal Jaws and 2 sets of external Jaws (one set are soft Jaws) sino 2 axis DRO wit glass scales on both axis.
Metric and imperial handwheels. Metric leadscrew and set up for metric pitch threading 1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,4.0,6.0mm pitch. Freshly painted. Fresh oil in both gearboxes.
165mm above Centre. 750mm between centres. Visual inspection and demonstration welcome. Open to negeotaion on price. But don't think you'll get it for 2 grand. Not pressured to sell.
