wheelchair wheels with built in brakes

Dreeft Wheels wheel wheels with brakes built in, ideal if you find holding your chair on a slope and love the outdoors

Revolutionary Wheelchair Braking System Inspired by Dutch Design

Great with smart drive attachment

Dreeft brings a new level of control and comfort to manual wheelchair users with a smart braking system modeled after traditional Dutch bikes. This “back-pedal” style system allows users to brake, steer, and reverse with minimal effort—reducing strain by up to 5 times compared to standard manual wheelchairs.

A First of Its Kind
The pioneering braking solution designed specifically for manual wheelchairs. The Dreeft wheel pair enables wheelchair users to brake progressively and safely with a simple push to the rear of the handrail. Coupled with an electric propulsion system, DREEFT lets you steer your wheelchair effortlessly, using your
fingertips or the palm of your hand. The motor pushes the wheelchair and DREEFT lets you steer or stop by lightly pulling on the handrails, for greater control and safety
