@@Lisalamb No so a bit risky I would say if person particularly frail. Apart from a backrest you will need good breaks so that the rollator doesn't move when he goes to sit/ is sitting. This rollator has good breaks but no backrest. Perhaps person too frail for rollator . I don't know.
