Valerian helps overcome stress, reduces agitation, helps to fall asleep, maintains good sleep quality.

Ingredients in 2 tablets: 40 mg valerian root extract, corn starch, acidity regulator: calcium hydrogen phosphate, gelatin, anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide and stearic acid magnesium salt, modified starch, sucrose, colors: calcium carbonate and tartrazine, thickener: acacia gum, glazing agents: carnauba wax and beeswax, purified water. The dye tartrazine can adversely affect the activity and attention of children.
Recommended daily dosage: 1 tablet 2 times a day or according to the doctor's instructions.
Warnings: Do not use the nutritional supplement as a substitute for a full and balanced diet! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in case of individual intolerance.
