Milk Kefir contains many beneficial probiotics. If you’re looking at getting grains you probably already know how good Kefir is for you😊

10 g will be enough to ferment up to 300 mL of milk in about 24-36 hours, Producing creamy Kefir drink once it’s been strained and new grains will grow over time. As your grains increase you can ferment larger amounts of milk.

Finished Kefir can be used as a base in smoothies or ice cream or flavoured with fruit, or just used as a probiotic drink. Can often be taken by people who are lactose intolerant as the fermented process uses up most of the lactose.
Don’t sweeten with raw honey as the antibiotic effect of the honey will work against the beneficial bacteria in the Kefir.
