1. Cleanse the Treatment Area
Thoroughly wash the target area with soap and warm water to ensure proper hygiene.
2. Prepare the Skin
Place a warm towel (40C50C) over the skin for approximately 5 minutes. This step helps open pores and enhances absorption.
3. Apply the Cream
- First Layer: Gently massage a thin layer of the cream into the skin until fully absorbed.
- Second Layer: Apply an additional layer, maintaining an even thickness of about 1/8 inch (or the thickness of 2 stacked coins) for best results.
4. Cover the Area
Use plastic wrap to cover the treated area, sealing in warmth to maximize effectiveness.
5. Final Step
After 4060 minutes, remove the plastic wrap and wipe away any excess cream. Wait 1525 minutes before any further treatments for optimal results.
