This item comes with a Spigen case, extra earbuds, and a Type-C cable, all of which were included in the original packaging, which is now lost. I purchased it in 2023, so the battery life is not as good as new, but it is still great. I have never used the original ear tips, but some third-party tips, the buds, and the actual case are in excellent shape since I installed the Spigen case from day one and used them only very minimally.
