The box and the printed manual are in Chinese, and it does not carry an EU or Irish warranty. That is the whole reason it is priced well below the EUR 85 Irish retail price. The earbuds themselves are the same hardware and work as ordinary Bluetooth earbuds with any phone, iPhone or Android - ANC, touch controls and calls all work straight out of the box. Full app setup and firmware updates may require the Chinese version of the Huawei AI Life app rather than the European one. If you want a good pair of ANC earbuds cheap, this is a bargain. If you need Irish warranty cover, buy it in a shop instead.
