Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (Neutral) Case

This needs an explanation:
I own a pair of Gen1 Bose QuiteComfort Ultra Earbuds.  I lost the case.  I bought a new, Gen2 case from Bose - but the Bluetooth button did not work (so I could not pair my working earbuds to my new phone)!
Because my earbuds are Gen1, they are no longer in warranty - so they got sent off for an out of warranty repair (with the brand new, Gen2 case).  The solution to which was to buy a new pair of earbuds (a solution I declined)!

The moral of the story is to do your homework.
Gen1 earbuds will happily charge in a Gen2 case (but the Bluetooth button will not work).
Gen1 earbuds will only completely work with their original case - or what is known as a "Neutral Case".
Bose do not sell neutral cases (just new earbuds).
I was able to get a Gen1, Neutral case form a very nice Gentleman in China.  He was so nice, he let me (accidentally) buy two cases!
With one of my new, neutral cases I was successfully able to use the Bluetooth button and pair my earbuds to my new phone.
I am selling my "spare" Gen1 Neutral Case.

p.s. These will happily charge both Gen1 & Gen2 earbuds.
