Sorry, i missed your earlier message. After much searching i did find a number under the cushion of the ear cup. I cannot find any other codes on the headset. Nor do i have the packaging which i had disposed of in Dubai and just brought it home in the carry case. /the number is - Model 1 440108 - and nothing else. If that means anything to you, grateful to understand it. Maybe i have been misled ???

No marks or any damage at all. Essentially it has been in its case since new apart from home use about 4 times only. It looks like brand new. If you are interested please let me know ASAP as a neighbour is pondering whether to buy it.

Thanks for getting back to me there should be a 4 digit code on the headband or a 17 digit serial number on the inside of the ear cup, if you can let us know the code , do you have the packaging it came with , on the front it wouls have 2nd gen on it . Tks

I purchased it in Dubai and was told it was the latest gen 2 model which they had just received in stock. I still have an earlier version and it is significantly improved and easier to operate.
