This classic smoothing plane is capable of taking fine shavings, even on wood with an uneven grain direction. Ergonomically formed handle, primarily for right-handed use. Mouth opening can be adjusted via adjusting screw. Plane body made of warp-resistant pearwood and extremely wear-resistant lignum vitae. The blade is sharpened and set ready for use.
