Stanley Yankees 130A & 131A Rachet Screwdrivers

These are a couple of Yankees I've given a sympathic service. I've cleaned them up, oiled them - they work amazingly - and reground the tips. They are the Yankees 130A and 131A. The largest has a reach of more than 700mm. I am selling the pair for €60 or €30 for either.

I decided against cleaning and refinishing the handles. I don't know. Something stopped me taking off the reminder of the iconic Yankee red, the signature colour of the inventors of these screwdrivers, North Bros Manufacturing Co of Philadelphia. They made superb tools in the late 1800s and for the first half of the 20th C. If you don't know them, have a look. It's a rabbit hole well worth going down.

But back to the handles, if you do want them done, put €20 on to the asking price and I will do a dark oak Danish oil finish. Or a lighter shellac finish. See the screwdriver handles on my sold ads. Just let me know.
