Roller Stand Kit

This DIY roller stand first appeared in Fine Woodworking Magazine in the 1980s and has been copied by thousands of woodworkers. Fully adjustable for height, it makes using a table saw easier and safer, especially for an operator working alone. I use three of them, two on the outfeed and one on the infeed and I can comfortably rip 6m long boards and full size plywood sheets
The construction couldn't be simpler, involving about 2 hours work and cheap softwood or even pallet wood.
I supply the roller with nuts, bolts and washers and assembly instructions required to complete the project. The bottom of the frame can accommodate bricks to make the stand very stable, unlike the wobbly metal stands on the market.
