Consists of meter, two 2.5kg stainless steel electrodes.
Square probe, test leads and case.
Analogue scale ranges from 103Ω to 1013Ω
LED display shows conductive, dissipative or insulative states.
Test voltage automatically changes from 10V to 100V, depending on whether surface being measured is conductive or dissipative.
