Infill smoothing plane, Mathieson iron
Infill smoothing plane, fitted with Mathieson iron. I wasn't able to find any identifying marks on the plane itself. I did not remove the infills to check underneath.
Sold in original, unrestored condition. There's a bit of surface rust, but nothing serious. There is some damage to the handle - chipped horn and a small crack at the base, which needs to be fixed before using the plane. Would make a great user once restored.
