Hand Drill by Genko
A quality hand drill made in Germany by GenKo. The frame is cast iron with wooden handles. The main handle is hollow to store spare drill bits and the endcap unscrews ( see picture.) The chuck and single pinion gears show no signs of wear and are working smoothly.
In the mid 20th century GenKo amalgamated with another German tool maker CeKa to form CK tools that is still operating today.
