Carpenter's Bench Stop.
My 3D printed version of the Record No. 169 Bench Stop, a classic woodworking device no longer produced by Record of Sheffield. Its a fully retractable, height-adjustable planing stop The printed PLA body screws directly onto the underside of your workbench.
A plywood insert passes through a mortise cut into the benchtop. Because the exposed top is wood, it will not damage your hand plane blades if you accidentally strike it.
