c. When connecting the high-pressure line, the screws on both ends must be straight
and then tightened with a wrench (no gasket required).

i.e. There must be a crescent-shaped seal at the nozzle position.
The nozzle holder nut should be tightened to prevent water leakage.
When pulling (twisting) the nozzle, the large nut of the nozzle holder should be loosened and pulled out.
Tighten the nozzle (pay attention to a small seal inside)

2.the order of machine operation a. Turn on the valve with the check valve open

b. Start the return line with liquid leaking and close the return valve
(if the return line only emits air without liquid, indicating that the supply line is not installed, please check the tightness of the supply line).

c. If you close the check valve, the machine will stop when a certain pressure is reached, allowing you to start working

For the pump body filler of the machine, it is recommended to use an oil (anti-wear hydraulic oil) every time.

3. Shutdown Notes
a. When shutting down, the power switch must be turned off without disconnecting the power supply.

then the drain valve is opened and finally the power supply is disconnected.
