This straighteners is in perfect working condition. Comes with 3/4 bottle of the infusing serum. The cartridge that holds the serum no longer stays on by itemself hence there being tape on it( this was a recognised fault with this item unfortunately). Works just like a ghd otherwise..paid 200 new but I just still always reach for my 20 year old ghd so this is sitting idle.
