This 8ft adjustable gymnastics balance beam is ideal for children and teens practising gymnastics, balance, coordination and confidence at home, in a gym or training centre. With both low floor mode and raised training mode, it is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced young gymnasts.

The beam features 5 adjustable height levels, allowing it to be set from a low beginner-friendly position up to higher training heights as confidence improves. It is perfect for practising walking, balancing, turns, jumps, kicks, handstands and other gymnastics movements.

Made with a solid wood beam, high-density EVA cushioning and a synthetic suede surface, this gymnastics beam offers a comfortable, non-slip feel for safer training. The reinforced carbon steel base provides strong support and stability, while the foldable design makes it easy to store when not in use.
