Similar effect to the Mooer 'Slow engine' based around the cicuit of the Boss SG-1 'Slow Gear' the Rowin Slow Hand allows you to create volume swells and auto 'violining' effect at the push of a button relieving your picking hand of this task.
Some really interesting backwards sounds can be achieved when combined with a delay pedal.
