Fulltone Soul-bender V1 2002
Early big-box V1 Soul-Bender, serial number 1292, dating from 2002.
This is Fulltone’s take on the classic three-transistor British Tone Bender sound, built around gain-matched germanium transistors. It delivers thick, warm and harmonically rich fuzz, with everything from cutting vintage rhythm sounds to fat, sustaining lead tones.
The large-enclosure V1 is the earlier and more collectable version, with a sound and feel that is quite different from the later compact Soul-Bender.
Condition: Fully working, with some light cosmetic wear consistent with its age. One of the rubber feet has been replaced. No impact on tone/mojo detected. See photographs.
