Genuine reason for sale; need to free up some space for new gear.
An older unit but the amp tones and effects are excellent. Unit has the last update from Avid which includes more bass amps. There's plenty of I/O for whatever the setup and it would fit nicely as studio unit. There's also the front mounted XLR input for mics if you were to use it as an interface full time.

Hardware only, doesn't come with ProTools.
With rack bag, power cable and USB cable.
