Electro harmonix OD glove
Overdrive/distortion. Supposedly Electro Harmonix' answer to the Fulltone OCD. Distorts like an amp- it cleans up well from the volume on your guitar.
It has loads of gain so you can go from crunch to massively distorted. It also has an internal dip switch which changes the internal voltage from 9v to 18v. This makes sound less compressed and more responsive to pick attack.
The 'Shift' switch places more emphasis on the mid range like a tubescreamer.
