A box packed with so much mojo it glows. Literally! Under the hood we’ve got a N.O.S. germanium transistor feeding into a tube – a N.O.S. double triode. It’s a pedal that blends the boudaries between a boost, a creamy overdrive and a spitting fuzz.
Heating that tube up requires some juice. Use a 9V / 500mA power supply. Not an SMPS (switch mode power supply) – the modern lightweight ones. It might squeal. Use a power supply built around an actual transformer, with nice and steady, regulated 9V output.
