Vintage JMI Vox AC30. 1963. Copper Panel Head guitar amplifier
Vox AC30 Head 1963 with smooth charcoal finish and copper control plate with radiused corners on back panel. Hand Wired. Serial No.8310 B, this is a Bass model, easily converted to Normal by swapping 3 capacitors.
Mains Power transformer is recent. Output and Choke are Woden. The Vox hum has been eliminated. There are also individual bypass cathode resistors and capacitors on the EL84 Valves for added protection. Two EL84'S can be removed to give an output of 15 Watts. This mod can be easily reversed as none of the original components has been removed. This Amp has been gigged years before the formation of Cream. The Jimi Hendrix Experience or Led Zeppelin and is in excellent working order. No trades or swaps, cash only.
