Marshall MX212A Cab with Vintage 30's

In superb condition, 2x12 Marshall cab verticly stacked for better projection.
New "racing green" grille cloth fitted and I can include a factory mesa boogie badge for full asking if you're into that..

This cab has a huge sound and is a nice alternative to trying to lug around a 4x12

2 x 16ohm celestion V30 speakers giving you a load impedance of 8 ohms which is friendly to all amps.

Moving house and don't play in bands anymore so hope it goes to a good home.

No trades, cash/revolut only, trying to move on stuff and the other half will divorce me if I bring anything else home...

Yep you’re right that should say parallel
The speakers were wired in parallel by myself and the load measures 8 ohms, tested by myself with a resistance meter and sounds incredible with my 50 watt boogie head

While I appreciate the corrections are any of the honourable contributors actually interested in buying this cab???

That label is not right: 2 x 16 ohm speakers wired in series would give a combined impedance of 32 ohms. Wired in parallel, they would give a combined impedance of 8 ohms. How sure are you about the total impedance and/or wiring method?

Fair question..
The plate is covered because the original speakers had a 16 ohm rating, because I changed them for vintage 30’s it’s now 8 ohm. Important to know so you don’t mismatch and damage your amp.

The plate also contains the model no of the cab

HI, in the last picture, the metal plate is covered with labels, blocking out what the actual label says. Why are they there, and whats on the plate?
