Marshall 1964 2x12 Cabinets 1966 Greenback Celestions
€1

As per title. Have two 2x12 Marshall PA cabs circa 64 with circa 66 Celestion Greenbacks. Bad news is that I tested each speaker with a sine sweep and there appears to be slight coil rub on all the speakers. Cabs are rock solid and will survive a nuclear war. A real testament to when things were built to last.

Cloth and handles are unoriginal.

The drivers have T1221 on the rim as you're looking at the cone. There is a slight tear on speaker that has been repaired in one of the cones which is not an issue sound wise (tested these using a sine sweep which is how I determined the coil rub).

No trades.

Solely to be able to PM you to discuss finer details as I will need to send a Courier for them. I am a well known vintage collector based in Canada. Here's some links to the Wishbone Ash Facebook page mentioning me in detail just so you know I am legit.

Hi. Are the cab logos original? Trying to restore a cab for a friend (Andy Powell of Wishbone Ash). These may be helpful in accomplishing that.

How bad is the rub....slight or are they "frozen" ?

Chris.
