Fender FR 12 Tone Master Full Range 12" FRFR Amp

Hello, up for sale is a Fender FR-12 Tone Master.

It is a 12” FRFR full range frequency response speaker and tweeter, and can be used in a variety of ways, mostly intended as a monitoring solution on stage for modelers or digital guitar rigs, but it’s basically a powered PA speaker in a guitar amp housing, it can amplify any audio signal you give it over 1/4” or XLR, and pass that audio on to FOH or a DAW etc while you have separate volume and eq controls for the audio you hear from the cab.

I bought it new when they first came out, it has done a few gigs but was always transported in a case. Very handy to have around, at home it worked as a catch all practice amp as you can plug anything into it, acoustic, pedalboard, helix etc. I’m actually gone to small simple valve combos live now, so this has not had as much use cases lately, hence open to moving it on.

Sound wise it is maybe the closest in feel to a cab that I have tried (and I have tried lots!) especially in the low end, and as you can send your sound/levels to FOH via the cab’s input/output, being able to manager your own levels AND EQ on stage per whatever room you end up in without affecting FOH I found to be amazing in a live situation.

Happy to consider trades or straight sale, or if anyone out there has the FR-10 version and would like to trade up I’d actually love to keep one around, I might be able to hide the smaller one somewhere here without getting in trouble 😆
