ENGL Fireball 25 (Ltd Red Edition) + Z4 Switch

Regretfully selling my beloved Fireball 25. I'm not playing as much as I used to so moving it along for someone else to enjoy.

Beautiful clean channel that takes FX really well. Can do it all, sparkly cleans and warm tube breakup. Beautiful over-driven sound when you crank the gain on clean channel.

This was the most surprising thing about this amplifier how versatile it was, despite ENGL being known for their high-gain / metal amps.

Of course, being an ENGL, the lead gain channel is diabolical (in the best sense). If you play extreme metal you'll love this thing. Controlled, powerful bottom end without sacrificing clarity. The mid-bump switch is phenomenal when you want to give your sound a little more poke or emphasis. It's like having an extra gain pedal at your disposal.

Built-in noise gate is great for tightening things up further.

Built in power soak is great for when you want summon Satan at volumes your neighbours may find acceptable.

You can also run this amp without a cab for silent recording at home via the DI output. Had lots of fun using my pedals into the amp and then direct out into IRs.

Including Z4 footswitch which was purchased separately.

Amplifier itself is in near mint condition, never gigged this, only used in the studio.
