The Line 6 UX1 is an external USB audio interface designed for guitarists, bassists, and singers to record directly into a computer. It has been released under two main brands: the red-and-black TonePort UX1 and the all-black POD Studio UX1.

Important Considerations

Phantom Power: The UX1 does not provide phantom power (+48V) for condenser microphones. If you are using a condenser mic, you will need an external phantom power supply or should consider the Line 6 UX2 instead.
Legacy Status: While the product is discontinued, many users still use it on modern systems by manually installing legacy drivers.
