1960s Vintage Gretsch Hilo'Tron Guitar Pickup.

Gretsch Vintage Early 1960s Hilo'Tron Guitar Pickup, All Original, Not rewound.

DC Resistance: 3K072 Ohms

Inductance: 1.8 Henries

Poles' Polarity: South.

Dimensions: Length: 72mm. (0.75 Inches); Width: 35mm. ( 1.38 Inches); Height 15mm. (0.6 Inches)

The adjustable pole-pieces are each 19 mm. (0.75 Inches ) in length, so they will extend beyond the top and/or the bottom of the pickup body.

Lead Length 150mm. (6 Inches)

Gretsch introduced the Hilo'Tron pickup in 1960 to replace DeArmond's Model 2000 pickup (a.k.a. Dyna Sonic by Gretsch.) They were designed as single-coil versions of the Filter'Trons.

This pickup is screwed directly into the guitar body using two semi-countersunk wood screws (not supplied).

Condition is very good, with small signs of wear – see photos.
