Bud you asking for broken faulty card for the price of fully functional card.. if its has artifacts yes it might be fixable if its memory bank.. one or two.. and you ending fit cost of repair like for 3070 fully working.. 😈 this card in this case is not worth more than 30 euro.. in its state.. sorry for that 😇
