The GPU die is the heart of your card. Dried-out paste causes massive hotspot spikes. I completely clean the old, crusted paste and apply high-quality, premium thermal compounds for optimal longevity and instant temperature drops. (Optional: Upgrade to Honeywell PTM 7950 Phase-Change Material available upon request for an additional €10).

🧊 THERMAL PAD REPLACEMENT (VRAM & VRM):
Memory chips and voltage regulators can get dangerously hot, causing heavy throttling or permanent damage. I measure and replace old, degraded pads with fresh, high-performance thermal pads to keep your memory running icy cool.
