The 7900 xtx doesn't actually perform a huge amount better... Reason being this is over locked and has an AIO.

I will swap for a 3090 or better (more memory), I want to build and AI work station and Nvidia GPUs are better for that kind of workload.
Would also swap for R9700 AI with cash your way.
