Solid gold open heart wreath large pendant, with 9-carat solid yellow gold, Diamond 0.01 carat, made from yellow gold with one Rare Irish rose gold flower 9-carat solid gold. The chain is 9ct yellow gold and the pendant is 20mm x 20mm approx. The Shamrock is the national flower of Ireland.
