@Tim sun: ive tried jewellers, they all seem to only do the scratch test for 1.5% of the insurance value of the peice. the 'certificate' will just be a letterheaded printout which in my opinion is worthless, (they were going to call it 4000 so get 60 euro for a scratch test). If you know of a more reputable testing company id be happy to do it.
