Pair of Murano glass candlesticks
A pair of Italian tealight holders made of Murano glass using the sommerso technique. Characteristic of these pieces is the encasement of a colored layer of glass within a thicker, clear, geometrically square shape.
They are often attributed to designers such as Alessandro Mandruzzato or Flavio Poli, active in the 1960s and 1970s.
Thick, heavy art glass.
In excellent condition.
