Collector's Grade just means all the OEM bonus material is there like a Demo Disc or Survey Card or Publisher catalogue or Merchandise catalogue or even a Poster. It's NOT the same as CEX mint as CEX staff aren't trained to know what bonuses are supposed to come with every PS1 game.
