This is a Fully Restored 1962 Vintage Irish-made Raleigh Lady's High Nelly Bicycle, which was restored a few years ago and is still in excellent condition. It's complete with a Wicker Basket, Chrome Bell, Carrier, Selle Monte Grappa Leather Saddle, Frame Pump, and finished with Irish decals.
It's in perfect working order and is ready to ride.
