This is a Fully Restored 1961 Vintage Irish-made Raleigh Lady's High Nelly Bicycle, which was restored a few years ago and is still in excellent condition. It's complete with a Wicker Basket, Chrome Bell, Carrier, Selle Monte Grappa Leather Saddle, Frame Pump, and finished with Irish decals to mark the centenary of the 1916 Easter Rising.
It's in perfect working order and is ready to ride.
