Tropical Plecos Tablets 50 ml / 30 g - with Oak Wood & 36% Spirulina

Tropical Pleco’s Tablets are a plant-based food in the form of large, sinking tablets measuring 25 mm in diameter, intended for the daily feeding of plecos from the Loricariidae family. They are suitable for both large species and groups of smaller algae-eating plecos.

The food contains 36% spirulina, which provides easily digestible protein, natural pigments and nutrients that support immunity and proper digestion.

The addition of oak wood meal is particularly important in the diet of plecos from the genera Panaque, Panaqolus and Peckoltia, for which wood is a natural part of the diet.

The large size and suitable structure of the tablets allow fish to gradually scrape off the food, reflecting the natural feeding behaviour of many plecos.

The food can also be used for feeding juvenile algae-eating plecos.

Feeding recommendation

Feed several times a day in small portions so that the fish consume the food within 2-3 minutes.
