This is MICRO worm or nematode (Panagrellus Redivivus). It can grow bigger than Banana or Walter worms, up to 2-3 mm.
They are used as a first essential starter for your baby fish fry. You will receive enough starter culture ( ~30 grams at plastic bag) to get your cultures going within days of setting up.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix e.g. oatmeal with equal amount water in a (or several for rotation feeding) small plastic container.

2.Renew culture by throwing away 2/3 of mixture and adding fresh oatmeal and water. For optimal conditions do this every 10 days.

If mixture looks dark or watery, try giving stir regularly.

-Feed by scraping worms off the sides, or for more effective feeding: Let the surface of the mixture dry slightly, pour a small amount of water on top to rinse off worms without the culture medium and feed directly.
