The elbow is ideal for vents over the edge of the tank for a hose from an external filter. It is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and long-term work.
It makes it much easier to place an external filtration installation.
The Resun product is made entirely of transparent materials, so you can control internal contamination of the water system even with the use of opaque hoses.
