@pawelr851 Those cylinders has no pipe inside however after initial use you can mounted.

Your 2nd option usually is used in fire extinguisher etc.

There is two types of gas cylinders, gas withdrawal and liquid withdrawal. Gas withdrawal takes gas from the top of the cylinder. Liquid withdrawal cylinder has addition internal hose witch goes right to the bottom of the cylinder and takes gas in liquid state out of it.
