Echinodorus gigant is a beautiful and impressive aquatic plant that is especially recommended for large aquariums due to its substantial size.

It produces long, narrow, lance-shaped underwater leaves in an intense green color, creating a lush and elegant background effect. The plant also develops characteristic wrinkled emersed leaves, which should be trimmed regularly. Its white flowers appear only above the water surface.

For best growth, a nutrient-rich active substrate or gravel supplemented with fertilizer tablets is recommended. In poor substrate, the plant may not reach its full size and decorative potential.
